Senior Actuarial Consultant

Senior Actuarial Consultant sought for by a market-leading consultancy. Our client is seeking a candidate who is a nearly or fully qualified actuary to join them as a Senior Actuarial Consultant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has significant actuarial experience in the London Market to join a market-leading consultancy as a Senior Actuarial Consultant.

Responsibilities of the Senior Actuarial Consultant:

  • Manage to completion the technical delivery and reporting for projects, providing insight to projects on technical matters
  • Develop and support people through effectively supervising, coaching and mentoring
  • Lead discussions with client contacts and manage expectations of delivery, content, timescales and cost
  • Present to clients at senior executive and board levels

Key Experience of the Senior Actuarial Consultant:

  • Strong experience with reserve reviews under different accounting bases
  • Knowledge of the reserving improvement and development process
  • A track record of managing actuarial projects and team members, delivering or managing tasks in parallel
