Senior Actuary (Matching Adjustment Modelling)

Senior Actuary (Matching Adjustment Modelling) sought to join a leading UK Life Insurer on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Actuary (Matching Adjustment Modelling) to join a leading UK Life Insurer in a role that will see them play a key role in developing the companies Annuity Proposition.

The successful Senior Actuary (Matching Adjustment Modelling) will lead the ongoing development of tools and process used to model the Matching Adjustments within a standalone Proposition team.

Responsibilities of the Senior Actuary (Matching Adjustment Modelling):

  • Lead the design and development of a standalone Matching Adjustment tool
  • Design model changes required to reflect the risks associated with new asset classes within the Matching Adjustment fund
  • Support the calibration of Internal Model stresses associated with liquid assets

Key Experience of the Senior Actuary (Matching Adjustment Modelling)

  • Qualified Actuary
  • Detailed knowledge of Matching Adjustment regulations
  • Experience of managing model development
  • Specialist knowledge of developing Actuarial models using 'R'
