A fantastic opportunity has come up for a Senior Adult's Lawyer in a central London borough. This is a locum role for 3-6 months, the council also offers one day working from home.
The successful Senior Adult's Lawyer will be taking on daily tasks such as;
- Deprivation of liberty
- Mental health
- Threats to judicial review
- No recourse to public funds
- Community care
- Ordinary residence disputes
- Advocacy if the adults lawyer wanted
Our client would prefer for the Senior Adult's Lawyer to have local authority experience but will consider those with transferable and relevant skills. They are looking for someone who will be competent, self-motivated, a good team player and has excellent organisational and time management skills.
