A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Adults lawyer to join a local authority within Central London on a locum basis for an initial 3-6 months.
As a Senior Adults lawyer you will be handling a caseload of Adult social care matters such as:
- Court of Protection
- Deprivation of liberty
- Mental health
- Threats to judicial review
- No recourse to public funds
- Community care
- Ordinary residence disputes
- Conducting Advocacy within courts
Senior Adults lawyers with local authority experience are encouraged to apply for this role. Our client is happy to consider candidates from a private practice background, however those with public sector experience are highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to handle complex cases, be competent, self-motivated, a good team player, have excellent organisational and time management skills.
