We are very pleased to have an opportunity available for a Senior Childcare Lawyer to join a South London Borough Council for a 12-month maternity cover.

The Senior Childcare Lawyer will have their own caseload of public childcare matters, such as, care cases, processing emergency care orders and attending PLO meetings.

Beyond these responsibilities, the Senior Childcare Lawyer will be managing a team of about 3-4 people and will be organising the workload amongst the team.

The Borough Council are offering a competitive rate to the Senior Childcare Lawyer and are situated nearby to transport links.

Local Authority experience is a pre-requisite for this role due to the nature of the work and the vacancy, and the duties of the Senior Childcare Lawyer.
