Senior Childcare Lawyer wanted to join a local authority based in East Anglia for an initial 3 month period.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a friendly, supportive team within a sought-after local authority. They are looking for an ambitious Senior Childcare Lawyer who will embrace this interesting position. This role will comprise of a mixture of managerial responsibilities, alongside standard Childcare Lawyer duties, to involve;
● Managing own caseload of s7 and s37 matters (approximately 10 cases)
● Conducting own advocacy
● Attending legal planning matters
● Drafting complex documents
Senior Childcare Lawyers from either private practice or local authority backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The Childcare team are very supportive of each other and have created a lovely working atmosphere, making this an enjoyable place to work.
