Senior Childcare Lawyer with Management Responsibilities

Remote working

£60-70 per hour

Senior Childcare Lawyer with management responsibilities is required to join a local authority due to a busy period within their childcare team for a period of 3 months initially and the view of extension thereafter. Due to the high demand in the market, the client is happy for candidates to undertake the work completely remotely for the duration of the assignment.

Senior Childcare Lawyer with Management Responsibilities include;

- Overseeing management of 5-6 childcare lawyers, offering support and training where required

-Undertaking a reduced caseload of care proceeding matters of a more complex nature

-Having a paralegal on hand to suport with matters

- Support the Principal Lawyer and attending management meetings


- Excellent support from one on one paralegal support

- Be able to build on management skills

- Permanent opportunities available
