Senior Client Project Manager/ Client Project Manager


Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Client Project Manager to join a reputable and exciting business based in Stone. The successful Client Project Manager will be primary contact for key clients and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. As a Senior Project Manager you also manage a team, prioritising their workload according to skillsets and provide leadership, coaching and development to the team of project managers.

The duties of the Senior Project Manager will include:

  • Being a main point of contact within the business for key accounts and their projects.
  • Assisting with sales growth by building relationships with project based contacts.
  • Conferring with designers, architects and contractors on changes to projects or enquiries.
  • Create and communicate key information to ensure delivery of projects is on time and in full.
  • Review costs of materials and labour to determine most cost-effective approach.

This is a Client Project Manager role, however the right candidate may be offered the position of Senior Client Project Manager. As such, additional duties would include;

  • Prioritise and manage team's workload according to skill set and availability.
  • Support, lead and develop the team using agreed measurements and KPI's set out in 1-2-1 meetings and appraisals.
  • Work within the team and offer support where necessary.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience liaising with clients and managing complex projects.
  • Have a high level of commercial awareness.
  • Have knowledge of AutoCAD software, for communicating dimensional information.
  • Have experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
