A rare opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to join a prestigious charitable organisation on a permanent basis. You will work across both their Central London office and Northern Home County office.

My client is seeking an ambitious lawyer who can work autonomously and hit the ground running in their busy, friendly team.

The successful Senior Commercial Lawyer will be qualified, ideally with prior legal experience within a charity. If you do not have experience of charity law then you must demonstrate a willingness to learn and research this.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts (inc. service, collaboration, research)
  • Advising stakeholders on legal commercial matters and risk
  • Intellectual property
  • Data protection
  • Advocacy

On offer is a competitive salary of £50,000 to £55,000 as well as attractive flexible working arrangements such as home working and flexi-hours.

This is an unmissable opportunity to develop your legal career within a well-known, progressive organisation.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
