Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join an excellent public sector organisation for up to 12 months.

As Senior Property Lawyer you will be working closely with other teams within the organisation with a focus on large scale infrastructure projects and CPOs. As well as high-value complex work, you will be expected to work with the wider legal team on matters such as; sales and purchases, leases and licences and other transactional work.

The ideal Senior Property Lawyer will ideally have awareness of the Highways Act and have worked within the public sector previously, although experience gained from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
