Senior Commercial Property Lawyer
London Borough Council
Locum contract, 3 months+
£50-60 per hour umbrella (dependant on experience)
Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting to this brilliant opportunity with a well-regarded London Borough Council.
Our client is seeking a Senior Commercial Property lawyer to undertake a caseload of complex commercial property matters with the opportunity to undertake some regeneration work as well. The successful Commercial Property lawyer will manage 2-3 junior members of the team alongside their caseload.
This position requires the Commercial Property Lawyer to work full time hours, condensed will be considered and attend the office twice per week.
Our client is seeking to fill this locum Senior Commercial Property position as soon as possible, so applicants will ideally be able to start immediately or within a few weeks' notice.
