Senior Contracts Manager

Permanent, Full-Time

Our client, a leading housing association is looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis in Staffordshire.

Duties of the Senior Contracts Manager will include:

  • Supervise and manage contract managers and ensure all contracts and work streams meet targets
  • Manage a selection of contractors
  • Monitor budgets, margins, quality and timescales in relation to contracts
  • Conduct induction of new starters
  • Over-see the effective delivery of contracts and programmes including contractors performance and compliance
  • Provide weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Assist in the preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids and tenders

The suitable candidate will have:

  • HNC/HND in the building or construction industry
  • Experience of contract management
  • Possess a valid driver's license
