Contracts Manager

We are recruiting for a number of contracts manager positions based within central London Universities. My client is higher education provider who is well known for its research.

The role involves a broad range of tasks, but the main function is drafting, negotiating and reviewing research and research related contracts. The role includes dealing with intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and publications. You will be the support function for contracts and legal expertise.

You will be leading negotiations on fees to make sure the university is at an advantage.

The client is looking for someone from a higher education background ideally, however it is not essential. It is essential to have dealt with a range of commercial contracts and come from a legal background. It is not essential to be a qualified solicitor.

They are looking to appoint a number of people into the team. This organisation offers fantastic benefits and you will sit in a friendly and supportive team.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Ellen Shone in our London office for a confidential discussion.
