A qualified company secretary is urgently required for a corporate governance/co sec role, located in central London. The role will be working a small governance legal team of advisors, working as part of a much bigger legal function. The role is wide-ranging including acting as co sec to a global business, with responsibility for the administration of the board in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. In addition you will be acting as co sec to the risk and audit committees as well as providing board support to other global entities.

This is a fixed term contract of 18 months, to start by the middle of July 2020 at the latest, and is due to an internal secondment.
This business is very large, very stable, and have been operating business as usual throughout the entire lockdown period.
For success with this role, you will have a track record of working at a high level preferably within a large, multinational business. You will be a qualified company secretary and you will enjoy working within a team, at a very senior, professional level.
