My client, an award winning Legal 500 practice, with 3 offices across Berkshire and Buckinghamshire is now looking for a Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join the department.

The successful candidate will deal with a varied corporate & commercial caseload such as;

- Commercial contracts

- Mergers and acquisitions

- Shareholder disputes

- Restructuring

- Investment and fundraising

- Business start-ups

- Data protection

- Partnership arrangement including LLPs

The role will also involve managing other team members. My client can consider those with previous management experience or those individuals who would like a step up in responsibility. An interest in business development & marketing would also be attractive.

In return, my client is offering a market rate salary, a very generous holiday scheme and a lovely firm culture.

The position is full time on a permanent basis but office base is flexible.
