A popular Central/East London Borough are looking for a senior Education and Adults lawyer to join their welcoming team. This is a locum contract for an initial 3 to 6 months with the view to be extended.
Ideally our client is looking for a senior lawyer with both Education and Adults law experience.
The senior Education and Adults lawyer will deal with a range of matters such as:
- Special Education Needs (SEN)
- School admission appeals and exclusion appeals
- Ordinary Residence Orders
- Adult safeguarding
- Mental health act
