Senior Education Lawyer

Senior Education Lawyer is required to join a large, forward-thinking Council based in South London on a locum basis. The assignment will being on an initial 3 month contract with a strong view for this to extend up to 12 months.
The role requires an experienced Education Lawyer who is able to undertake a caseload of mainly special educational need (SEN) matters. Our client is seeking someone to undertake the casework whilst also conducting advocacy in the tribunal.
Home working can be considered for the right candidate and our client is offering a competitive hourly rate.
We appreciate that this is a niche area of law and thus we are happy to consider candidates at all levels and those who are seeking part time or full time opportunities.
We are also happy to consider applicants from both Public Sector and Private Practice backgrounds.
