Sellick Partnership is currently working with a well-respected Local Authority who is seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to come in on a permanent basis and sit on the Management team.
As a Senior Employment Lawyer you be able to come in as a sole Employment Lawyer, get the ball rolling and develop the Employment team. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent with proven experience of employment law and management.
The Senior Employment Lawyer my pick up duties such as;
Developing a team
Dealing with any issues that may arise within internal recruitment
Oversee Employment based proceedings for schools and Boroughs across the County
Attending management team meetings
Follow the whole lifecycle of employment tribunals from start to finish
