My client, a top tier Legal 500 practice based in the heart of Hertfordshire are now looking for a 4+ years PQE Family Solicitor to join their highly successful and award winning Family Team. Your title would be Associate Solicitor. The role will involve managing your own caseload whilst sometimes assisting some of the Family Partners on a varied and challenging caseload in a very busy department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Caseload will include mid to high net worth family matters including; Divorce, Finance, Children, Cohabitation Agreements & Premarital Agreements
- Processing clients' cases on a timely and cost effective basis
- Maintaining the highest professional standards in accordance with the firm's objectives and comply with the firm's quality standards
- Keeping clients fully informed of the range of services that the firm offers
- Networking activities
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and hard working. You will hold experience of working in a specialist family team and will be an effective a team player.
