Senior Finance Analyst
£50000 - £60000 per annum
Sellick Partnership are working closely with a fast growth, entrepreneurial, multi-site retail group looking to add value to their financial planning team with a Senior Finance Analyst.
The Senior Finance Analyst role would give you exposure to a blank slate where you can add real value with a number of quick wins from day one. You will have full access to senior management in group and division whilst utilising your experience in financial planning systems such as IBM Planning, SAP Planning or Anaplan.
As the Senior Finance Analyst you will be the subject matter expert in financial planning systems, developing the companies reporting and decision making ability at speed, whilst imparting your knowledge to the rest of the FP&A team to ensure upskilling in the division to maximise data in decision making.
- Deliver annual budgets, weekly rolling forecasting and more
- Integration and development of planning tools
- Support Group consolidation and analysis
- Drive continuous improvement around data and forecast accuracy
- Business partner commercial teams and IT during integration
- Drive first in class FP&A
This role is offered on a 12 month FTC basis and would suit someone with significant Senior finance analyst / FP&A experience, truly understands what good looks like in a large growth organisation / ftse 250 listed business. You will have experience in financial planning tools, ideally SAP planning however this is not a deal breaker.
You will come from an FP&A background and be qualified ( ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent ), with the ability to drive change, partner non-finance and be confident to push back and deliver value add ideas.
