Locum Senior Housing Litigation Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working alongside a well respected and award winning local authority in the east of England to find a Senior Housing Litigation lawyer, with management experience.

If successful in applying for this new Senior Housing Litigation Lawyer, you will be working remotely from home and you will have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload given the size of the authority and they also pick up work on behalf of district and borough councils in the area.

The role will pay £50-60 per hour depending on experience and the contract will be for an initial 3 months with the possibility of being extended further.

The successful applicant must have public sector Housing Litigation experience, along with management experience and must be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive.

As a Senior Housing Litigation Lawyer your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Housing disrepair claims
  • Rent arrears
  • Housing possession claims
  • Homelessness advice
