£50,000 - £60,000

Fixed-term, Full time

Liverpool (hybrid-working)

Senior HR Manager required to join a well-established famous organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Senior HR Manager to join their dynamic HR function on a fixed-term, full-time basis.

As the Senior HR Manager you will work amongst a small team and play an integral part of the re-structure and change happening within the organisation alongside other duties below:

Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager

  • Support change management processes

  • Responsible for Payroll across the organisation

  • Dealing with all new starters and leavers

  • Dealing with all employee relations including redundancies, disciplinaries, grievances etc.

  • Provide training and coaching to staff members

  • Implement all learning and development activities and training

  • Line management of a small team

Required skills and experience of the Senior HR Manager

  • CIPD qualification/QBE (desirable)

  • Recent Public Sector experience

  • Experience within change management

  • Line management experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
