Liverpool (hybrid-working)
Senior HR Manager required to join a well-established famous organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Senior HR Manager to join their dynamic HR function on a fixed-term, full-time basis.
As the Senior HR Manager you will work amongst a small team and play an integral part of the re-structure and change happening within the organisation alongside other duties below:
Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager
Support change management processes
Responsible for Payroll across the organisation
Dealing with all new starters and leavers
Dealing with all employee relations including redundancies, disciplinaries, grievances etc.
Provide training and coaching to staff members
Implement all learning and development activities and training
Line management of a small team
Required skills and experience of the Senior HR Manager
CIPD qualification/QBE (desirable)
Recent Public Sector experience
Experience within change management
Line management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
