Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Senior IT Technician at a well known Higher Education establishment based in Newcastle upon Tyne on a 3 month basis.
The candidate is expected to provide provision of desktop support services for PC, Mac, mobile devices and peripherals utilised within the HASS faculty to ensure that associated incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed timescales.
This includes the deployment, installation and updating of software and the provision of advice to customers. This will require in-depth technical knowledge of a wide range of IT systems and excellent analytical fault finding skills.
