Sellick Partnership are currently working on behalf of a large public sector organisation to recruit a Senior Pensions Administrator on a permanent basis. As a Senior Pensions Administrator you will work alongside the Payroll Co-ordinator and Payroll Manager to provide an outstanding customer experience.


  • Provide administrative support for a range of pension schemes including LGPS, DB and DC schemes.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for external Pension providers.
  • Provide advice and guidance on all pensions and reward related issues, including internal and external drivers for change and legislative requirements.
  • Support the development of reward systems, practices and procedures, including salary sacrifice schemes, other staff benefits and discounts, and reward schemes including the University's GEM scheme, long service and retirement awards.
  • Establish effective and productive working relationships within the HR team to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience to managers, staff and other stakeholders.

Please note that knowledge and experience of Local Government Pension schemes is essential. In addition, it's expected that the successful candidate has a working knowledge of relevant systems, equipment, processes and procedures including specialist and standard software packages.
