Are you a Planning Lawyer looking for a Senior Planning Lawyer opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Senior Planning Lawyer to join a large East London Borough on a 3-month locum contract, with the scope to continue onto an ongoing basis.

The Senior Planning Lawyer will be taking on a caseload of planning matters, such as, Section 106s, Compulsory Purchase Orders and Section 278 Agreements. While this is a senior role, the job does not include managerial responsibilities.

The Council offer flexible working, such as 2-days working from home, and are conveniently located nearby to both public transport links and parking areas.

The Senior Planning Lawyer should have a thorough grounding in planning law and will ideally have worked in a local authority before.
