Senior Planning Lawyer

Senior Planning Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in Surrey. Our client is seeking an experienced planning lawyer to assist with Planning Law work and their local plan. This is a great and challenging opportunity for someone who has a keen interest in this type of work and looking to broaden their experience.
This role can either be part-time or full-time and will require someone to start from March/ April time. This role has the possibility of working outside of IR35 which makes it very attractive and can offer home working for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities of a Senior Planning Lawyer
- Handling a varied caseload covering all aspects of planning
- Building and managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in line with the local plan
