Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for one of the largest NHS Trusts in the country for a Senior Project Manager on a permanant basis.
My client is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to undertake Major Capital Investment Construction Projects within the Trust acute building stock. The Trust is engaged in a Procure 22 minor works framework via the Department of Health to assist in the delivery of the Capital Programme. Experience and understanding of this process of the use of frameworks would be desirable.
An extensive knowledge and experience of the development of capital schemes from inception to practical completion is required with the ability to manage construction professionals and Trust stakeholders engaged in the design & construction process. Knowledge and experience of the NEC3 suite of contracts and various procurement routes are integral to this role.
The ability to effectively manage a variety of Building and Engineering schemes which involve multi-disciplinary teams that includes external engaged consultants, contractors and specialist services to ensure projects are delivered within the parameters of time, cost and quality is a fundamental requirement. The successful candidate must have the skills, drive and determination to deliver the provision of world class clinical services to achieve the Trusts vision and standard of care.
Educated to Master's level (or equivalent experience) and Chartered membership of a recognised professional body, you will demonstrate a proven track record of scheme delivery within or without the NHS. The successful candidates will form part of a multi-disciplinary Capital Team, reporting into the Trust Capital Projects Manager responsible for overall programme delivery.
