We have a new, exciting opportunity for a senior property and regeneration lawyer to join a respected local authority in the south east of England on a locum contract.
The successful senior property and regeneration lawyer will be able to work 1 day in the office per week and the rest remote. The local authority is looking for an individual with experience as a property and regeneration lawyer as they want someone who can hit the ground running and someone who has ran large scale projects in the past.
The council's legal team are a fantastic supportive group and get interesting work, and are offering a competitive pay rate.
The workload will include, but is not limited to:
- Commercial property matters such as landlord and tenant, licenses, leases, etc.
- Large Scale development and regeneration projects
- Drafting documents and applications
- Advising the client department
