Interesting, varied role for an experienced Property Development Lawyer!

The successful candidate will be assisting the lead lawyer on all areas of development work on behalf of the London based Local Authority.

My client is seeking a Property Lawyer who is able to deal with complex and strategic project work from the outset. The successful Lawyer must retain a technical skillset and able to deal with the folllowing:

  • Regeneration and development
  • Compulsory Purchase Orders
  • Advising on procurement stages, development agreements, sale and acquisition
  • Drafting and negotiating construction contracts

Desirable experience:

  • Working within a Local Authority
  • Experience advising on all areas of Property and Regeneration

This is an exciting role for a candidate available on short notice and a committed individual who enjoys a varied, challenging role.
