Are you looking for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer role within a London local authority?

Sellick Partnership currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join a London Borough Council.

The Senior Commercial Property Lawyer will be handling:

  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Leases and licenses
  • Regeneration
  • CPOs
  • Section 25 notices
  • Telecoms work
  • Drafting of legal comments
  • Report writing

The role is a 3-month locum contract, expected to extend beyond this initial period.

The Senior Commercial Property Lawyer should have previous experience in a similar role and local authority experience is desirable.

For the foreseeable future the Senior Commercial Property Lawyer will be working remotely, and once in the offices, the council usually offer 1-day working from home, alongside other flexible working arrangements. The successful candidate would join a supportive and friendly team.
