Are you a Senior Property Lawyer looking for a locum position within a well-respected London Borough Council?
Our London Borough client is looking for a Senior Property Lawyer on a locum-basis. The contract is an initial 3 months with the likelihood to extend on an on-going basis. The role is fully remote, and they are looking to pay £35 - £45 per hour, umbrella rate.
The successful Senior Property Lawyer must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive. Experience dealing with sales is essential and local government, or public sector experience is desirable.
The responsibilities of the role will include, but not limited to:
- Freehold and leasehold of new build homes
- Title reports
- Deeds of release in respect of Rights of Light
