This is a varied role which will require the successful candidate to advise on Property matters for multiple clients, including the local authority's casework and complex corporate projects. This will include:

  • Landlord and Tenant queries
  • Transactional work e.g. leases and licenses for businesses, drafting and negotiating new commercial leases
  • Hire agreements
  • Commercial purchase and sales

  • Disposals in relation to housing sites and land to the registered provider; development agreements
