Sellick Partnership is seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join a local authority based in the Home Counties on a locum basis for an initial period of 6 months with the view for extension thereafter. This post is to cover whilst they look to recruit on a permanent basis further down the line.

As a Senior Property Lawyer, you would be overseeing the councils property and regeneration development work which is currently being undertaken across the region. You will be required to undertake a caseload of routine and complex commercial property matters which can include sales and purchases in relation to commercial redevelopment and housing regeneration schemes. You will be working within a small and friendly team of 3-4 lawyers in the Property team.

The client is happy to consider flexible working opportunities and a 4 day working week for the successful Property Lawyer, should candidates wish to work around other commitments.
