An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join a Kent based Local Authority on a remote, locum basis for a minimum period of 6 months.

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to undertake a mixed caseload of commercial property matters and day to day responsibilities may include;

• Drafting, negotiating and completing commercial leases and providing advice in respect of all leasehold conveyancing matters including leases, licenses and tenancies at will
• Undertaking general freehold conveyancing matters including acquisitions, sales, easements, wayleaves, licences, etc. and providing advice on matters of land law, housing and title issues

Our client is ideally seeking a Property Lawyer with a strong background gained within the public sector but candidates with relevant experience gained within other sectors will be considered.

Full or part-time working hours will be considered.
