A Senior Property Lawyer is required to join a forward thinking Local Authority based in Hertfordshire for an initial 3 month period.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Property Lawyer to work within a friendly and supportive environment and join a local authority that is expanding its legal services and bringing in some really interesting project work.
The Senior Property Lawyer is required to undertake complex non-standard work on behalf of the council and work on a particular project for the council.
Such duties include;
- Working on the Voluntary Registration process of unregistered land
- Undertaking complex work in relation to the Affordable homes programme
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Property lawyer who can undertake a range of property matters that is able to work unsupervised.
Applications are welcomed from candidates who have previous Local Authority experience and have worked within Local Government, however those from a Private Practise background may also be considered.
