My client, based in the heart of Buckinghamshire, has been around for 80+ years and is known for high quality varied work whilst offering a fantastic work life balance and friendly office atmosphere.
They are looking for a Senior Property Solicitor to deal with residential property work and to make their mark on the department. The team deals with a wide range of property matters from the sale and purchase of domestic property to the development of residential estates. They also regularly advise individuals, and investors in connection with residential property matters.
This role will involve some lease enfranchisement work and dealing with development work (buying for the developer).
Someone who specialises in residential site acquisition or development and associated planning work would be perfect for this role. That being said, someone with a strong general property background who is interested in gaining experience in this sort of work would also be of interest.
My client is flexible in terms of level of experience, 5 years PQE minimum but up to Partner level. Someone who is ready for a step up in role would definitely be considered, someone who could be interested in a Head of Department role would be of interest and in general, also those with ambitions to become a Partner. Partnership is definitely on offer after a few years for the right candidate who proves their capabilities and desire to succeed.
They will be offering a competitive salary plus bonus, 25 days holiday increasing by 1 day each year up to 30 days, free parking, work from home, plenty of paid for social events and much more.
