Our client is a Chambers and Legal 500 recognised firm based in Berkshire. With over 120 years' experience, they are committed to quality and excellence within their work. Due to retirement, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Real Estate Lawyer into their highly skilled and approachable team.

About The Role

The successful Senior Real Estate Lawyer will be involved with these duties and responsibilities:

  • Running a full caseload of Real Estate cases including Landlord and Tennant, Sales, Secured Lending, Acquisitions and Disposals.
  • Involvement in management issues, developing and managing the Real Estate Team and assisting with the continued growth and smooth running of the office.
  • Build excellent relationships with our clients, the Real Estate Team and understand the values and processes across the firm.

About You

The ideal Senior Real Estate Lawyer will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience of running own full caseload of Real Estate cases without supervision.
  • Have a passion for business development.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships both externally and internally.
  • Have an understanding of excellent client service.
