Sellick Partnership are looking for a Senior Regeneration Lawyer to join an innovative London Local Authority.
As a Senior Regeneration Lawyer, you will be responsible for a varied caseload which will include regeneration work, development matters and other commercial and residential property matters. The role will allow the opportunity to look after the more complex cases and some project work.
The ideal candidate will have strong property experience in regeneration projects across housing, commercial and mixed use schemes. A good working knowledge of commercial property and regeneration is essential. The ideal candidate will have Local Authority experience, however, candidates from a private practice background will also be considered.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and forward thinking London Borough. The office is in a good location and is close to public transport links. There is the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week following an initial settling in period. The contract is for an initial period of 6 months, however it is likely that this will be extended.
