Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Senior Repairs Planner for a social housing provider in Nottinghamshire.

Salary: up to £29,802 per annum

Responsibilities of the Senior Repairs Planner include:

  • Acting as lead on planning and coordinating day to day repairs and voids work
  • Managing and monitoring performance on the works planning system
  • Managing a team of 6 call handlers and planners
  • Capturing data from the repairs team
  • Providing reports
  • Leading on collection of information for all repairs, improvement and new build activities

Required skills and experience of the Senior Repairs Planner:

  • Knowledge of Housing and Construction legislation
  • Possess an OND, ONC or 5 years' experience
  • Must possess a Full UK Driving License
