A leading Legal 500, Lexcel Gold Standard, and Chambers accredited firm of solicitors based in Central Reading are now looking for a Senior Residential Property or Senior Conveyancer to join their top tier ranked property team.
The firm in question are a full service law practice and have recently been named as top tier firm in seven core disciplines in the Legal 500 2020 publication. Over 35 of their employees have been recognised within the Legal 500 as either 'Leading Lawyers', 'Next Generation Partners', or 'Rising Stars'.
My client is keen to hear from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancer, Senior Conveyancers or Legal Executives.
The successful candidate's duties will include dealing with the following residential property matters:
- Freehold and leasehold properties
- Sales and purchases
- Shared ownership
- Equity release
- New builds
Someone who is keen to get involved with business development/networking and someone with excellent techincal knowledge would be ideal.
