Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Senior Reward Manager for a growing, reputable business based in the Greater Manchester area. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful person to shape and develop the reward strategy, centralising several areas into one team.

Knowledge in the following areas would be highly advantageous;

  • LTIP & Exec Remuneration
  • Flexible Benefits and all employee reward
  • National Minimum Wage Legislation
  • Pension Auto Enrolment
  • Global Mobility
  • Policy & Benefit design and implementation

Key responsibilities for the Senior Reward Manager:

  • Responsible for day to day line management of the reward team, including performance evaluation, pay and bonus review, objectives setting and team development
  • Leading on all compensation and benefits across the business
  • Managing and leading on the annual pay and bonus review and the benefits model adhering to the company remuneration policy
  • Building relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring the compliance and application of the various company pension schemes
  • Support the drafting of Remco documentation and reporting
  • Design evaluate and implement future benefits
  • Manage third party relationships e.g. with benefit providers
  • Review and trial potential changes to flexible working arrangements, family leave and financial wellbeing policies
  • Introduce total reward and benefit visibility programmes in the current HRIS
  • Support the continued compliance of the business with National Minimum Wage, Statutory reporting and requirements such as Brexit
  • Evaluate changes, prepare and present business cases for change
  • Support the design of remuneration packages for globally mobile employees
  • Manage the delivery of key reward data and metrics
  • Act as a key contact point for reward linked legislation and governance changes and ensure adequate training and communication is provided to the business

Key requirements for the Senior Reward Manager:

  • Previous experience of managing both senior and all employee reward programmes
  • Experience of managing and developing a team
  • Experience of managing and delivering on tight deadlines
  • Experience of managing challenging deadlines
  • Experience of being part of significant change and programmes
  • Strong Data and analytical skills including advanced Excel
  • Strong stakeholders management skills
  • Strong communication skills
