Sellick Partnership are working with an organisation based near Sutton-in-Ashfield, who are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join their team on a 12 months fixed term contract.

Responsibilities of the Service Manager will include:

  • Managing a service supporting vulnerable people
  • Guiding a team of Support Workers
  • Acting as a key member of the operations team
  • Developing and implementing improvements in local service delivery
  • Organising the work of the team to deliver high quality service, contractual compliance and effective risk management
  • Engaging the workforce and inspiring high performance
  • Contributing to organisational performance and efficiency
  • Supporting the identification of and bidding for future funding
