An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join a Local Authority in Yorkshire.
This position would suit a qualified solicitor, barrister or equivalent, with proven management experience.
The Service Manager will be responsible for managing and undertaking related duties for three teams within legal services; childcare, adult social care and litigation.
On a day to day basis the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties to include dealing with locum and permanent recruitment to the teams, attending and advising at senior management meetings, dealing with strategic matters and liaising closely with the Head of Legal.
This role is to start immediately, and the ideal candidate will be available to commit to full-time hours.
