Service Support Team Leader

20 Hrs per week, 6am - 10am or 4pm - 8pm Monday to Friday
Ormskirk

Our Public Sector client based in Ormskirk is looking for an experienced Service Support Team Leader to join their team on a Part Time, Permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities of the Service Support Team Leader:

  • Co-ordinate the support functions within an NHS 24 contact centre, specifically local management of Operational, Technical, Facility, Clinical, Security, Health & Safety Adverse Incidents and system faults
  • Responsible for the monitoring of the call request inbox. Prioritising, in line with all other SST tasks, as and when required, to ensure calls are being picked up within appropriate time frame
  • Line management responsibility for a team of Service Support Coordinators. This includes the recruitment, ongoing training and continuous development of the individuals. In addition, ensure that all direct reports have regular 1:2:1 meetings, an annual Personal and Developmental Review, and that personal development plans are in place
  • Maintain a consistent approach in the application of all HR policies to ensure that team members are managed fairly and equitably

Essential criteria of the Service Support Team Leader:

  • NVQ, relevant certification or equivalent experience
  • Supervisory experience within Facilities management
  • Full UK Driving Licence
