We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property lawyer to join a highly regarded local authority based in East Anglia.

The Property role encompasses the full range of property and development work with a focus on complex projects and high profile regeneration work.

The successful candidate must be confident dealing with complex, high volume, high pressure transactions. Other duties to include, but not limited to:

The successful applicant will have responsibility for handling a mixed caseload of commercial property and agricultural matters to include sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, complex transactions and acting for commercial developers.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Solicitor looking for a senior level role within an established team and subsequently play an integral role in their ambitious growth plans. Whilst public sector experience is ideal, candidates from a private practice background will be considered.
