Senior Commercial Property Lawyer required for an initial 3 month period to join a Local Authority based in Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous property experience, and our client is particularly keen to hear from people with a public sector background.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a very accommodating council, who offer flexible working arrangements such as a condensed working week or home working, which helps with maintaining a better work life balance.

The successful candidate will be dealing with a mixed bag of middle - high end property work, to include the following;

  • Negotiations to CPO's
  • Leases
  • Project work
  • Contract work

The office is well located, situated within walking distance from the nearest train station whilst shops and restaurants are a stone's throw away.
