Sellick Partnership is recruiting for a Social Care Debt Recovery Lawyer to join an East Midlands based Local Authority on a long term locum basis supporting the litigation team

This is an excellent opportunity for a Social Care Recovery Lawyer to join an established and friendly legal services team on a full-time basis.

Day to day responsibilities of the role may include but not limited to;

• Recovery of social care debts
• Recovering money from estates
• Picking up a busy caseload

Our client is happy for the successful candidate to work on a predominantly remote basis, however hybrid working is also supported.

Specific social care debt recovery experience is essential and local authority experience is desirable.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
