Responsibilities of the Stock Conditioning Surveyor will be but not limited to:

  • Carry out comprehensive stock condition surveys as required to manage assets including Decent Homes Standard including HHSRS surveys and highlight any anomalies via the Group's monitoring process
  • Production of Energy Performance Certificates for domestic and commercial properties
  • Carry out high quality surveys of the stock and provide technical advice and support on condition and investment requirements
  • Undertake validation exercise to assist with the improvement of data within the Asset Management database
  • Complete Asset data collection exercise to assist with the creation of an accurate investment plan
  • Undertake Energy Performance Assessments as required to ensure that the Organisation has current and accurate records of the energy performance of its housing and commercial stock
  • Analyse appropriate data to support the successful development and implementation of the Asset Management Strategy

Requirements of the Stock Conditioning Surveyor:

  • Experience in the gathering of data for energy assessments, stock condition and HHSRS surveys
  • Experience in the production of Energy Performance Certification for domestic and commercial buildings
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor (Desirable)
  • Competency Qualification (or willing to achieve) commercial energy assessment
  • HNC/D in relevant building industry qualification or demonstrable relevant experience
