Temporary to Permanent, Full time
Support Worker required to work with a South Yorkshire based association. My client are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join their team on a temporary to permanent, full time basis.
As the Support Worker you will be supporting tenants to move to independent living.
Responsibilities of the Support Worker include:
- Support tenants to move to independent living
- Support those with Mental Health issues
- Create support plans and carry out risk assessments
- Provide support with benefit claims
- Ensure safeguarding
Required skills and experience of the Support Worker:
- 18 months previous experience
- Competent IT skills
- Must possess an Enhanced DBS
