Our client is looking for a support worker to provide support to vulnerable clients in a supported housing setting
Duties of the Support worker role will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting vulnerable young adults ages between 16 and 25 years with daily tasks
- Sign posting them to access other services
- Identifying and addressing safe guarding concerns
- Producing support plans and reviewing
- Completing risk assessments
The successful support worker will have:
- Previous experience of dealing with vulnerable adults
- Great communication and listening skills
- An enhanced DBS
- Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)
